I cannot fault this dealership. I saw a second hand Ibiza I wanted to look at online. After walking round the enormous compound, we discovered it had been sold. However, the wonderful sales staff (who weren't pushy in any way) soon found me an alternative and offered me a fantastic deal - even matching an already reasonable part ex offer from another garage. One year on and I have continued to have the car serviced and occasionally repaired here. The service staff are fantastic and the receptionists cannot do enough to help.
Took at a service plan for my seat ibiza helps spread the cost with a monthly payment plan includes full servicing, free MOT and free collection and drop of from wherever I need it to be collected!. Very happy. My car was collected and dropped off from my home address. The driver who collected my car was so friendly and genuinely nice had a lovely chat. I was kept well informed throughout the time they had my car and during its service. My car was returned in a lovely clean condition with all relevant documents and information. They didn't exaggerate what needed to be done on the car. It's a 7yr old car so expected a lot only came back with 1 suggestion, the handle on drivers side is sticking a little. My 2 sister's also have a service plan with them and they recommend it. So glad I took out the plan. I would highly recommend. I'd give them a 10 out of 10 for everything
I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who helped me with my car on Friday and Saturday. I have a lease car from Lex but originally from Pulman Seat and from day 1 I have been consistently impressed with the quality of customer service I receive. For this reason I travel past another Seat dealer to get work done in Sunderland. Yet again, the service this weekend has been excellent. I was given some very valuable advice on Friday regarding topping up the Adblue in my car as I was uncertain that I could get to Sunderland from Alnwick by closing time. As it happened I was able to get there at 12.25pm to collect the Adblue that had been left for me. Despite it being nearly closing time the staff offered to put the Adblue in for me and also kindly checked my tyre pressures. Whilst I was doing this my children were given biscuits!! Thanks again, especially to the service and parts department staff. It's not often that you get customer service like this anywhere now. Paul Heeley
